Connections Web of Nature Program 2002



Self constructed bug boxes are being used to house amphebian findings on the trails of the Nike Base.

Arts and crafts were also part of the program, as kids create wild life paintings



Learning to help others and the community was a popular component of the enviromental program, as participants are shown picking up litter at Beaver Island State Park.

A field trip to Beaver Island State Park taught the kids about plants in the ecosystem.





The Six Mile Creek tour was a day of exploration whether standing in water waist or ankle deep as shown here.

Locating creatures in a tree growing in water proved to be a challenge for these nature lovers at Six Mile Creek.
